Gareth and I got married at the end of May this year, and I couldn't let that pass us by without a blog post - especially when we have the most incredible pictures by the very talented Stacey Evans.
We got engaged in December 2021, the day before my birthday, and neither of us wanted a long engagement, so we decided to plan an absolute whirlwind wedding in less than 6 months! We managed to slot in just before my crazy busy season started, and we had the BEST day!
It was a day that was completely us:
🌸 We got married on a Tuesday at the best venue
🌸 I had no bridal party, and came down the aisle by myself
🌸 My dress was a lilac-y blush (smoked orchid, to be exact!)
🌸 We had more foliage than flowers
🌸 We had tapas for dinner, pizza and arancini as a late night snack
🌸 We didn't have a top table - we sat with some of our favourite people
🌸 Of course, I made our dessert table & cake!
I'm in a very privileged position where I had a clear vision for our wedding, and I knew everyone who could make that happen.
So here we go - details of all our suppliers are at the bottom, and be sure to check them out - they were AH-MAZING!
And here are the incredible people who made it all happen:
